Our Team
The team is comprised of Seven (7) highly skilled lawyers, one (1 ) legal assistant, Two (2) learner legal practitioners and two (2) support staff. The firm is licenced by the Law Association of Zambia (LAZ) and registered as a Partnership with the Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA).

Kafula is an experienced Legal Practitioner with over 24 years’ practicing experience, in both the public and private sectors. Kafula has vast experience in the areas of Commercial Law; Insurance Law; Energy Law, Corporate Law; Corporate Governance; Dispute Resolution; Banking and Finance and Regulatory Law among others.
MUTULE B. MUSEBA LLB (University of Zambia), AHCZ, ASCZ, MCIArb
PARTNER
Formerly Country Head of Legal in Atlas Mara Zambia, having previously worked in Zambia’s leading law practices, namely, Simeza, Sangwa & Associates, Musa Dudhia & Company and Corpus Legal Practitioners. He has extensive experience in the corporate advisory and litigation sphere, with a bias towards mergers and acquisitions, employment law and banking and finance.

Yoram Daka is an Advocate of the High Court for Zambia and a member of the Law Association of Zambia. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree in Commercial Law from the University of Zambia, he has considerable expertise in litigation and legal research.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) with Honours from the University of London. Lisa was admitted to practice law upon successfully completing the Legal Practitioners Qualifying Course at the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education in September 2022.

Lupupa Mwiche holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Lusaka. Lupupa was admitted to practice law upon successfully completing the Legal Practitioners Qualifying Course at the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education in November 2023.

Mwiche holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Mulungushi University. She has over six years of experience in Administration and extensive experience in managing day-to-day office operations and providing administrative support to teams and executives to ensure efficiency.

Nsama holds a Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) with a Merit from ZCAS University. Nsama is currently enrolled at the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education (ZIALE) and will be admitted to the Bar upon completion of his LPQE.

Thandiwe holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (With Merit) from the University of Lusaka. Thandiwe is currently enrolled as a learner Legal practitioner at the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal education (ZIALE) 2024/2025 intake.
